Nikki Beach is coming to Mina Al Arab
RAK Properties, a prominent property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced a partnership with Nikki Beach Global to develop Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah in Mina Al Arab.
This collaboration marks Nikki Beach’s first venture in Ras Al Khaimah and aims to enhance Mina Al Arab’s appeal as a luxury beachfront destination.
The resort will offer a variety of accommodations, including rooms and villas, as well as the Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and unique dining options.
Nikki Beach is famous for its luxury beach clubs and they are going to offer a more relaxed atmosphere in a new location. Further details about the development and opening date will be provided later.
Gensler will handle the Resort. Gensler is an architecture and design firm that focuses on sustainability. They will incorporate local materials and collaborate with local artists to showcase the natural beauty of Mina Al Arab while integrating sustainable technology into the design.
This partnership with Nikki Beach is part of RAK Properties’ strategy to establish Mina Al Arab as a luxury island lifestyle destination.
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa will be the third hotel in RAK Properties.
